About Mission Launch
Letters from a friend who's been there.
Mission leaders across the Church consistently report the same thing: they spend a disproportionate amount of time supporting missionaries with foundational life skills — anxiety management, homesickness, social confidence, and basic adulting — rather than focusing on teaching skills, scripture study, and spiritual growth.
Mission Launch addresses this gap upstream, before missionaries enter the field. We're not selling a box of stuff. We're selling confidence before a mission.
Each month, a cream-colored mailer arrives — handwritten-style fonts, minimal layout, no corporate polish. The vibe is a letter from a friend who's been there. Not a lesson, not a curriculum, not a devotional.
Meet Alisa
Alisa is the heart of Mission Launch. Her monthly Spiritual Thought is the anchor content piece — a personal, honest, and grounded letter touching scripture, real life, mission work, family, and the human experience.
Our Mission
To prepare the next generation of missionaries — not just spiritually, but emotionally, socially, and practically — so they can hit the ground running and focus on the work they were called to do.
